For a MAN, a strong core is essential in having a balanced physique. 6 CORE EXERCISES

For a WOMAN, a strong core helps keep the feminine image lifted and balanced.

Perform this workout for 30-Days to improve your posture and core development.

If sitting down at your desk or tackling daily chores is a part of your life, it’s almost inevitable that you may experience some uncomfortable back pains that affect your posture. Poor posture from sitting at desks or carrying bags, for both men and women, can be a result from a weak core. In fact, consistently performing work or lifting with poor posture can lead to poorer posture and daily discomfort.

Feel Better With A Stronger Core!

Understand that strengthening a weak core may not seem concerning if you are overweight or if you can get around fine — you may simple want to lose weight or only desire comfort. But believe it or not, a stronger core can make you feel healthier even if your eating is bad!

Don't Limit Your Core Exercises

Be confident in knowing that strengthening and developing your core strength doesn’t have to be time consuming. It’s not a matter of doing a lot of sit-ups, crunches, or leg lifts, but a matter of performing a few isolation and compound movements to stimulate the oblique, back, and abdominal muscles intentionally. Don't limit yourself to certain exercises to develop your core.

Bottomline

Find time during the day to perform the provided exercise program for at least 30-days to improve your core strength and posture without all the scientific details! You'll be amazed what performing core exercises only 4 times a week can do—just do something!
