Sometimes gym memberships can be expensive and hard to obtain or even maintain. When this situation comes into effect, you have to make due with the best alternatives that you have. You have to consider doing activities that are affordable, convenient, and effective.


Why are gym memberships so expensive?

Gym memberships can seem expensive because of the many fees and packages that they provide to get you into the door to sign-up. You may be met with annual fees, expensive packages upon renewal, and added benefits that are not as inclusive as they are at other gyms, this can mean sometimes having to pay more at a better looking gym


What can you do when you don't have time or money for a gym membership?


Simply working out at home with resistance bands, doing calisthenics, and HIIT training can produce results that are related to improve physical appearance and health quality.

Resistance bands - The benefits of resistance bands include their low cost and convenient usage. They are extremely easy to learn to use, allowing you to develop a wide range of exercises by using a single piece of equipment.

Calisthenics - Calisthenics is a form of exercise using many exercise movements by way of full body exercise, without the use of weights. Large and small muscle groups are stimulated when performing callisthenic exercises. These exercises are often performed at varying paces with bodyweight exercises. The movements include pulling, pushing, bending, jumping, and/or swinging. The bodyweight is the resistance instead of weights.

HIIT Training - HIIT is a cardio style exercise session designed with short bursts of hard exercise followed by low burst of exercise consistency—though the design of the workout and its paces varies. The idea about high-intensity training is to enable more aggressive exercise by alternating the amount of energy you use to workout, this allows us to workout longer.
