A Flat Stomach? Just as good as a '6-Pack' !

A '6-pack' isn't necessary.


Your belly may be a bit sluggish when it comes to shedding weight for fat loss—but hang on...help is here! You may have had some serious changes and lost some weight, but your "flat pack" seems to be a bit more round than you like—that's okay! Why not work towards a flatter stomach instead of a 6-pack? A flat stomach is way easier to obtain and can feel more healthy than the route to obtaining a 6-pack— sometimes it requires extreme fasting, dieting, and hours at the gym weekly, that you may not have time for.


But why is it so hard to get a flat stomach?



As you pursue the course to get a flat belly, understand balanced eating and physical activity are two major variables that can control how much belly fat you carry. Sometimes when we experience the struggle from balancing the two variables, our motivation to lose weight is put to the test.

It is good to assess why you began the 'flat stomach journey' and acknowledge your goals.

It is good to assess why you began the 'flat stomach journey' and acknowledge your goals. This will allow you to focus on making healthier choices for the long run, as well as get you to enjoy the transition way more than the 'self-inflicted torture' that you have to use maintain the image.


What could be the answer for a reluctantly fat stomach?


Could the appearance of a fat stomach be something else? Have you considered that the belly bulge you have could be bloat?! In such a case, you may need to simply change your diet and increase cardio exercise (reducing bread and sugar can help a lot). Just be consistent in doing this and you will be okay—of course, ab exercises give you additional activity to stimulate the muscles in the area.

Also, don't expect significant changes toward a flat stomach overnight. In fact, hope to be "nice" and healthy in the stomach area over time, because at any given time a flat stomach can go away due to water retention or a heavy meal. The stomach is elastic as well as the skin covering your body, expect to see slight fluctuations.


You can do it!


It may not take long to get a flat stomach. It takes a lot of consistency and mindfulness (be consistent and mindful of both exercise and food selection) to achieve a flat stomach. Take your time and focus so that you won't get results with efforts that you can't maintain. Pursuing a naturally healthy lifestyle helps get consistent and safe results.
