The key to losing weight and keeping the weight off is having your questions written down and planned out the best you can. I'll explain to you what I mean. Lets Say...


1. YOU ASK: "Do you eat what you want while watching your portions?"


YOU SHOULD consider eating smaller portions and WRITE THE RESULTS IN A LOG that you can review weekly as you make progress. This will help you make future adjustments to decrease your weight or maintain it.


2. YOU ASK: " Should I Drink Tons Of Water?"


YOU SHOULD realize that the amount of water that you consume should be recorded daily if you are trying to improve your water intake. This will lead to consistent habits if you use time to determine the cups drank. Eventually you will discover that recording the amount of water drank will not be necessary.

3. YOU ASK: "Do I eat what I want but exercise daily?"


YOU SHOULD understand that your eating habits should be naturally monitored and BASED MAINLY on what you bring into the household. This may help with reducing the burden of a diet, allowing you to focus on portion control as a convenience.


You may want to be realistic and not too restrictive so to not fail in health or gain fat back. So simply follow the instructions and you will find yourself in a realistic, non-restrictive situation of GOOD FITNESS and HEALTH.
